Move mindfully
Take slower steps and notice what it feels like to move. How does the pressure on your feet feel when it touches the ground as you walk. Or how do your arms feel as you move forward?
Mindfulness in nature
When you’re outside notice details you may have missed before.
What sounds can you hear? What can you feel? What can you smell? What can you taste?
