Confidence and resilience building workshops

CARB is a 6-week program designed to strengthen young peoples' mental toolkit through education and practising tools and strategies to support confidence, resilience, health and wellbeing.​

Some topics include the purpose of emotions,  how to face fears and build confidence, navigating unhelpful thoughts, strategies that calm the mind and the body, how healthy habits support us, and how we can use social media in more healthy ways. Students will leave with a deeper understanding of how to navigate their emotional health.
